1969 Buick GS Conv.

My 1969 Buick GS400 Conv. Factory 4 Speed I bought in 1991 from a used car lot near my home in Austin. My 69 had a 430 Wildcat engine which I replaced 3 or 4 years later with a 1970 455. Not sure if my car was a original Stage 1 400 or not but would be worth much more. My car has the original rear end and transmission that came with the car from the factory. I never had the original 400 motor and never met the original owner. I had to replace all the air-conditioning under the hood due to it was all removed or broken off when I bought the car. Rare to have air-conditioning on a Conv. .Still working to get all this finished. My car doesn't have allot of options, it has the 4 speed consolette with the Tach on it, day/night rear view mirror with the map light in it. I have added a 69 am/fm radio and a 8 track that works from a 1970 Buick skylark. I also changed the standard steel wheels with original spoke hub caps for the chrome rally Buick wheels and bought new 69 GS center caps which look great. One other thing I added was the small bucket that goes between the bucket seats that is just a storage compartment. I have converted the front brakes to Disc, put in new coil springs and bushings
